Does my child need previous performance experience?
Students can join us with no previous experience. All of our courses are open to newcomers. Our dedicated staff will ensure that our newcomers are given the encouragement they might need to flourish in class.
How many students in each class?
It is our priority that each student gets individual attention. We keep all of our class sizes small, so that we can nurture our students and ensure that they can get the most out of each class. We only allow a maximum of fifteen students in each class.
What does my child need to bring to class?
A bottle of water is essential. It is very important that all of our students keep hydrated, it's good for energy and the voice. For classes held at The Academy we request that our students wear a black t-shirt, black leggings or jogging bottoms so that they are comfortable and can move about easily. Uniform can be bought from CentreStage.
What is the difference between an 'Official LAMDA Representative' and an 'Official LAMDA Registered Centre'?
There is one LAMDA representative in Hong Kong whom acts as a co-ordinator for all registered LAMDA centres in HK. CentreStage Studios HK the official LAMDA representative for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
Are free trials available?
We offer one free trial per student. Free trials can be redeemed at our ECA programmes or at The Academy.
How do I make payment?
Cheques should be made payable to CentreStage Studios HK Limited or payments can be made by bank transfer to HSBC A/C 652 516493 838

How can I find out how my child is doing in class?
Parents and guardians are free to call us anytime. Our team works closely together and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
What if I need to cancel a Solo session?
We request 24hrs notice if you need to cancel a solo session and we will book a make up class to ensure that you are compensated.
What if my child misses an ECA class or a class at The Academy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or make up classes. Students will briefed about the class they missed and will be given any materials that were used.
What language are the courses taught in?
All lessons at CentreStage Studios HK are taught in English.
Severe Weather Procedures and cancelled classes
For the safety of our students and teaching staff, classes will be cancelled if the Hong Kong Observatory issue the below weather warnings:
Rainstorm and typhoon warnings
Black Rainstorm Warning
Typhoon Signal 8 or above within 2.5 hours before the scheduled class time
In the event that the school has been closed all scheduled ECA classes will be cancelled.
